  • Free & Reduced Lunch Program:  If you have not filled out the on-line application or a paper application for this current school year, and believe you may qualify, please do so as soon as possible.  Applications should be returned to your child's school before October 1.  For online application, parents must have their Skyward Parent Login information.  You may complete your online application at the district office during the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Paper applications are also available at each school building and at the district office.

  • Open Referral for Highly Capable Students The Sequim School District announces an open referral process from September 1 through November 30, 2017 for students currently in K-12 who may qualify for Highly Capable (HiCap) Program services. Anyone from the community may refer students. This includes teachers, parents, staff, members of the community, etc… If you are unsure of the characteristics of highly capable learners, please go to the link on our District website: https://www.sequim.k12.wa.us/Page/4523

    Paper referral forms are available at each school, the District Office, and at the Sequim Public Library. You can access referral forms online at the district website www.sequim.k12.wa.us. Referral forms must be received by close of business ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­on November 30, 2017. Due to time constraints, referrals received after Nov. 30th will not be considered. All referrals must be returned to the HiCap Coordinator at Sequim Middle School or your building secretaries.

    *If your child is NEW to the Sequim School District and exhibits gifted characteristics please contact the Highly Capable Coordinator to expedite the identification process.

  • field trip Volunteer/Field Trip NEW on-line application! Volunteers/Chaperones must be cleared each school calendar year.  Individuals interested in volunteering or chaperoning a field trip in Sequim Schools may begin an online volunteer application process at https://sequimvolunteers.hrmplus.net/.  The online application process requires an e-mail address and provides step-by-step assistance.  A current Washington State driver's license or state ID card is required in order to run a background check. Please complete your application two weeks prior to the date you wish to begin volunteering to allow for the clearance process. You will be notified by email when you are complete, incomplete, and/or approved. Paper applications are no longer accepted. If you need assistance there is a friendly face and computer kiosk located at the District Office, 503 N. Sequim Ave. Questions? 360-582-3260.

    Please, when volunteering or visiting DO NOT wear perfume, cologne, body sprays or scented
    lotions because of staff and students who are at risk when exposed to scent. If you come into
    the building wearing scent you may be asked to leave the building.

  • Ready to Vote

    Have you moved OR need to register to Vote: Voter Registration Online (http://tinyurl.com/mflqs66) or registrations forms are available in our office or at the District office. Remember, every vote counts. Also, If you've moved, you need to submit a change of address herehttps://www.sos.wa.gov/elections/myvote . Unfortunately, the Post Office will not forward ballots.

     Remember to Keep on Clip'n! Box Tops & Labels for Education. Did you know that 1 Box Top= 10 cents? Those dimes really add up and the PTA enjoys receiving easy money. October collection earned over $700!
