  • TouchBase Online Payments
    Sequim School District has partnered with InTouch Receipting - TouchBase; this provides for school related items to be paid for using a credit card. Parents have the ability to make online payments for food service by logging into Family Access and click the food service payment link, then use a credit card to add money to the student’s lunch account or click the link below.

    Both Sequim Middle and High schools now are accepting credit card payments for a variety of items. Use (parent) Skyward login credentials at the link below provides the ability to pay for items using the new InTouch Receipting - TouchBase Online payment portal. There is a $2.40 fee per transaction. https://wa-sequim.intouchreceipting.com/

  • NEW THIS YEAR Volunteer on-line application! Volunteers must be cleared each school year.  This year, the district is introducing an all-online system for volunteer clearance.  Individuals interested in volunteering in Sequim Schools may begin an online volunteer application process for the 2016-17 school year at https://sequimvolunteers.hrmplus.net/.  The online application process requires an e-mail address and provides step-by-step assistance.  A current Washington State driver's license or state ID card is required in order to run a background check. Please complete your application two weeks prior to the date you wish to begin volunteering to allow for the clearance process. You will be notified by email when you are complete, incomplete, and/or approved. Paper applications are no longer accepted. If you need assistance there is a friendly face and computer kiosk located at the District Office, 503 N. Sequim Ave. Questions? 360-582-3260.

  • Open Referral for Highly Capable Students The Sequim School District announces an open referral process from September 1 through November 30, 2016 for students currently in K-12 who may qualify for Highly Capable (HiCap) Program services. Anyone from the community may refer students. This includes teachers, parents, staff, members of the community, etc… If you are unsure of the characteristics of highly capable learners, please go to the link on our District website: http://www.sequim.k12.wa.us/Page/4523

    Paper referral forms are available at each school, the District Office, and at the Sequim Public Library. You can access referral forms online at the district website www.sequim.k12.wa.us. Referral forms must be received by close of business ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­on February 29, 2016. Due to time constraints, referrals received after Nov. 30th will not be considered. All referrals must be returned to the HiCap Coordinator at Sequim Middle School or your building secretaries.

    Please, when volunteering or visiting DO NOT wear perfume, cologne, body sprays or scented
    lotions because of staff and students who are at risk when exposed to scent. If you come into
    the building wearing scent you may be asked to leave the building.

    Register to Vote or have you moved? Voter Registration Online (http://tinyurl.com/mflqs66) or registrations forms are available in our office or at the District office. Remember, every vote counts. Also, If you've moved, you need to submit a change of address herehttps://www.sos.wa.gov/elections/myvote . Unfortunately, the Post Office will not forward ballots.
