  • TouchBase Online Payments

Sequim School District has partnered with InTouch Receipting - TouchBase; this provides for school related items to be paid for using a credit card. Parents have the ability to make online payments for food service by logging into Family Access and click the food service payment link, then use a credit card to add money to the student’s lunch account or click the link below.

Both Sequim Middle and High schools now are accepting credit card payments for a variety of items. Use of (parent) Skyward login credentials at the link below provides the ability to pay for items using the new InTouch Receipting - TouchBase Online payment portal. There is a $2.40 fee per transaction.  https://wa-sequim.intouchreceipting.com/

  • VOLUNTEERS:  Volunteers must be cleared each school year.  This year, the district is introducing an all-online system for volunteer clearance.  Individuals interested in volunteering in Sequim Schools may begin an online volunteer application process for the 2016-17 school year at https://sequimvolunteers.hrmplus.net/.  The online application process requires an e-mail address and provides step-by-step assistance.  A current Washington State driver's license or state ID card is required in order to run a background check. Please complete your application at least two weeks prior to the date you wish to begin volunteering to allow for the clearance process.
