Register now for kindergarten! Children who will be five years old by August 31, 2013 are eligible to be enrolled in kindergarten for the 2013-2014 school year. Enrollment packets can be picked up in the school office during the week from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m at Greywolf Elementary and 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at Helen Haller Elementary. New students will need to bring a copy of their certified birth certificate, current immunizations record and proof of residence. Helen Haller Elementary School and Sequim High School recently received awards from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) for their efforts to close achievement gaps. The Washington Achievement Awards, based on Washington’s School Achievement Index, recognize elementary, middle/junior high, high and comprehensive schools. Schools are awarded using performance from 2010-2012 on statewide assessments in reading, writing, math and science as well as on graduation rates.
