This year, the district is introducing an all-online system for volunteer clearance. Individuals interested in volunteering in Sequim Schools may begin an online volunteer application process for the 2016-17 school year at https://sequimvolunteers.hrmplus.net/. The online application process requires an e-mail address and provides step-by-step assistance. A current Washington State driver's license or state ID card is required in order to run a background check. There is a computer kiosk available in the district office if needed.
If you would like to refer a student for the screening process for the Highly Capable (HiCap) Program, please fill out and return this form to your building secretary and/or the Highly Capable Coordinator. Your referral form must be received no later than November 30, 2016. Due to time and testing constraints, referrals received after the deadline cannot be accepted. Click here for more information on the HiCap program and referral form.
TouchBase Online Payments
Sequim School District has partnered with InTouch Receipting - TouchBase; this provides for school related items to be paid for using a credit card. Parents have the ability to make online payments for food service by logging into Family Access and click the food service payment link, then use a credit card to add money to the student’s lunch account or click the link below.
Both Sequim Middle and High schools now are accepting credit card payments for a variety of items. Use of (parent) Skyward login credentials at the link below provides the ability to pay for items using the new InTouch Receipting - TouchBase Online payment portal. There is a $2.40 fee per transaction.

From Supt. Gary Neal:
The health of our students and staff is a top priority in the Sequim School District. When the lead in water issue surfaced last spring, we contacted the Clallam County Health Department and asked for direction for water testing. Clallam County PUD and the City of Sequim were brought on board as well. Since then, Helen Haller and Greywolf Elementary schools have been tested and retrofitted, under direction from the Health Department. We have been directed to retest after the school year begins in fall 2016.
We are committeed to our plan to ensure that water quality is safe throughout the District. Please continue to check our website for updates. For more information, click on Drinking Water Safety.
