  • Volunteer/Field Trip on-line application! Volunteers must be cleared each school year.  This year, the district is introducing an all-online system for volunteer clearance.  Individuals interested in volunteering or chaperoning a field trip in Sequim Schools may begin an online volunteer application process for the 2016-17 school year at https://sequimvolunteers.hrmplus.net/.  The online application process requires an e-mail address and provides step-by-step assistance.  A current Washington State driver's license or state ID card is required in order to run a background check. Please complete your application two weeks prior to the date you wish to begin volunteering to allow for the clearance process. You will be notified by email when you are complete, incomplete, and/or approved. Paper applications are no longer accepted. If you need assistance there is a friendly face and computer kiosk located at the District Office, 503 N. Sequim Ave. Questions? 360-582-3260.
